We work with estate agents, homeowners, landlords, developers, service accommodation providers and anyone looking to showcase a property professionally.
We currently cover most of North West England, but we're expanding! Contact us if you’re unsure whether we serve your location.
Estate agents can use our online booking system. Homeowners referred by agents will be contacted directly by one of our photographers to arrange an appointment
Most content is delivered the next working day after the shoot.

CGI staging is the process of digitally furnishing and decorating empty rooms to help buyers visualise the space. It’s cost-effective and highly realistic.

Yes, we offer branded and unbranded versions of all media. Just let us know your preferences.
Yes — twilight shoots and enhanced edits are available as optional extras.
Yes! We reward our regular agents through our token reward system — every job earns a token, and tokens lead to prizes.
Use our agent booking system to manage upcoming jobs, view past orders, and see what's included in each service package.

💰 Payments, Cancellations, and Other Policies

We’ll send an invoice after the job, payable within 30 days. Late payments incur £1 per day after the due date.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a £50 fee unless there’s a valid reason.
We’ll either reschedule or return to retake exterior shots at no extra cost (weather dependent).

You’ll get a download link via email, typically within 24 hours. Everything is web-ready and printready
Of course! Minor tweaks are included — just reply to your delivery email and let us know.

📸 On the Day of the Shoot

It depends on the size of the property and services booked.
• Photos only: ~30–60 minutes
• Photos + floor plan: ~1–1.5 hours
• Photos + video + drone: 1.5–2.5 hours
We’ll confirm estimated duration when we book you in.

Ideally, yes — especially the kitchen, living spaces, and bathrooms. Clutter-free rooms help buyers imagine themselves in the space.
We’ll still do our best, but any messy or inaccessible rooms may be left out. If you want us to return for reshoots, a small fee may apply.
We may make small adjustments (e.g., fluffing cushions, straightening furniture), but we don’t bring props or move large items. We recommend following our staging guide beforehand.
Usually, yes — unless you request otherwise or a room is inaccessible. We focus on key selling points like kitchen, living areas, bathrooms, bedrooms, and garden.
Drone shots are included if ordered and where airspace/legal permissions allow. Some areas have flight restrictions — we’ll let you know if this applies.

📦 After the Shoot

Absolutely. Let us know any must-have features (e.g., fireplace, view, details) before the shoot or when we arrive.
Yes — you can order add-ons like CGI staging or videos later. We may need to revisit, depending on what’s required.
Yes — weather permitting, we capture exteriors, gardens, and outbuildings as standard (unless instructed otherwise).

🧾 Booking & Process

Only if you’re the keyholder. If access is arranged via agent or lockbox, you don’t need to be there.
Yes — just give us as much notice as possible. Changes within 24 hours may incur a fee.
We’ll still shoot interiors, and can either return for exteriors or reschedule the whole shoot — your choice.

💡 Extras / Unique Services

CGI staging is digital — we add furniture to photos after the shoot. Real staging means physically furnishing the property before photography. CGI is faster and more cost-effective.
We can digitally remove minor distractions (e.g., bins, wires, signs) for a small editing fee. Let us know what you need.
Not at the moment, but we’re working on it.
We aim to exceed expectations. If anything isn’t right, we’ll fix it or reshoot where necessary (within reason and scope).
